I’ve worked with many painters and body shops over the years on various projects, but Wes Adkins’ skill and workmanship are on a level well above most. Sure, he can lay a beautiful coat of color, but it’s the attention to detail and insistence on doing everything the right way before paint comes into play that really makes the difference. My ’67 Cougar project was full of challenges and issues including rust and questionable custom work that needed correcting and Wes would not move forward until they were addressed. He won’t put his name on in it unless the final product will be the best work he can do. I’ve honestly never been more satisfied with a car’s final body work and paint.
1967 Mercury Cougar XR7, Max Effort
Wes painted my 63 Ford Falcon back in May 2014. It had bad damage from an
accident and needed body work, paint and pinstriping redone. Wes took the time and
patience with me to make sure he got the job right. When Wes was finished, it was
perfect!! I get asked all the time at Car Shows, “Who did your paint & pinstriping!”
Thanks a million Wes
‘When my son and I purchased our 1968 Camaro SS with only 32,000 miles it was nearly perfect including the paint. After meeting Wes and observing his work first hand we decided to have him repaint the car exactly like it was. Now it Is perfect.” Thanks Wes for the car of our dreams.
